Price Value Quality I wanted, a kennel that did not have holes just punched in the back. This has ventilation, all around, but the kennel is protected from chewing. The door was a little harder to open, so we put some WD-40, on it, and that did the trick. The only real problem, is the instructions are in Italian! So get ready to look at pictures and figure it out. The clacking system is great. I bought a medium, and although it runs a little narrow, it's taller. I'm surprized though, that as nice as it is, my dog won't be sleeping in it tonight! LOL She is afraid of it??? And she is a terrier--go figure! All in all, this is a well made kennel, and where you put the clacks, you can also use really easy to put in screws too. They really thought of everything, with this model!
