Our 30 Day Guarantee

 

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply email The Natural Dog & Cat.com at TheNaturalDogandCat@gmail.com for a Return Authorization. The return item must be in its original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories and you will receive a prompt exchange or refund, excluding postage or shipping charges. Merchandise purchased with a credit card will be credited to the card used for that transaction. Items that are dropped shipped may be subject to a restocking charge of up to 25% depending on the manufacturer's policy. We will refund shipping charges on incorrectly shipped merchandise.

 

We encourage you to insure any returned merchandise, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

 

Warranties

 

All merchandise is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship in accordance with the manufacturer's warranties but not against mishandling or uncommon abuse. Defective merchandise will be replaced or repaired depending on the manufacturer's policy. Defective products will be replaced with the same stock number, color and size.

To make a return, take the following steps. These steps will assure the speedy processing of your return:

1. Email us at TheNaturalDogandCat@gmail.
2. Request to return a product and we will give you an RA Number
3. Write the RA Number clearly on the OUTSIDE of the return box
4. Ship the box back to us

 

Please note that when returning an order for a refund, you will be responsible for the return postage or shipping charges, unless an error occurred on our part. Once we have received the shipment, we will issue a refund to your method of payment.
