The Coastal Nylon Cat Safety Collar is ideal for kittens and cats who like to explore, this collar features an elastic safety loop designed to expand just enough to allow the cat to slip free should it find itself caught in an unsafe position. Carefully finished for comfort, appeal and durability, this collar has all metal hardware, but is not recommended for use with a lead or as a tie out. Pre-determined, no-tear holes allow this 12" safety collar to adjust from 10" up to 12".
